Most are aware that these sexual assault accusations against Bill Cosby has been going on since the 90's, but no charges have ever been brought up against him. The accusations went away for a while, but resurfaced last year after more alleged accusers came forward with their experiences of sexual assault in the presence of Cosby. Almost 50 women have come forward. Lawsuits were filed against him and the television father of America was no more. He has maintained his innocence through all this and recently filed an counter suit against a few of his accusers.
All of that changed today. Cosby was accused of "drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand," in the image above, in January 2004. Cosby said under oath that, "he had consensual sexual contact with Constand." She was the director of operations for Temple University women's basketball team. Constand said that she was given three blue pills by Cosby with wine at his mansion in January 2004 and was sexually assaulted.
Cosby was booked, as his mugshot above indicates. He was seen arriving at his arraignment earlier in the video below and his bail was set at $1 million dollars. Cosby bailed out, his passport was taken away from him and is currently at home. He was ordered to avoid any contact to Constand.
