'Unforgettable' Rest In Glory Beautiful Soul: Natalie Cole Dies At Age 65 From Congestive Heart Failure
Legendary musician Natalie Cole has died at the age of 65, from congestive heart failure. She leaves behind her son.
Cole was the daughter of an icon as well. Musician Nat King Cole. Their Grammy-winning duet 'Unforgettable' was an instant hit and will always be a classic.
According to TMZ, Cole, have been very sick and had to canceled a few appearances. She had kidney transplant, which led to "underlying medical issues and complications." The singer struggled with substance abuse, had liver disease in 2008 and had to undergo Chemo for Hepatitis C. She seems to be doing well and had tour dates lined up, but complications from her illness occurred and led to cancellations of her New Year's Eve performance at the Disney Hall in Los Angeles and a few appearances in February.
A few of her hits includes "This Will Be" and "Unforgettable," which was performed as a duet with her father Nat King Cole.
